Final bill after leaving

I am trying to get hold of my final bill following disconnection last year, it appears all my log in information for the app has been removed so I cannot access it this way. I have called a number of times and they can't email it to me either, apparently I fail security however it's more likely my information has been deleted as I had a password on the account and they don't ask me for this and I know the information I am giving is correct. It is extremely frustrating as this is a simple request and quite frankly I should have been sent or emailed this anyway. Any help would be very much appreciated as I can no longer face hours on the phone trying to get this sorted.
