My account was due to end back in October. It did end but virgin kept the phone line open so it could switch to plusnet. This did happen but virgin kept the line open and kept charging me.
I picked up on this so rang them up. It was all plusnets fault (obviously). But agreed my account would fully close this month. I was told twice I would be sent a final bill. This has not happened yet.
Can I please have a final bill sent so this can be sorted!?
