Final Bill Refund

My services ended on 2nd December 2022. I paid my final bill and was advised there would be a refund given when the overall final bill had been calculated of around £80. It was confirmed via email of the amount due to be refunded was £83.47 and a cheque would be issued, it came to end of December nothing was received. I contacted on this and was advised a cheque would be sent again. Nothing received. I then contacted again and was told on 18th Jan a new cheque was issued and it would arrive in 1-5 working days. I am still waiting!!!!


I want this cheque issued this week or a bank transfer or BACS of some sort. It’s ridiculous and my patience is wearing very thin!!!
