Final Bill - Awaiting Refund

I received my final bill on 5th October, which has a credit of £89.20 

I was told on the phone when cancelling the service a check would be issues within 4 weeks of the final bill although I am still waiting. 

Any idea on how long this process normally takes.

Thanks for posting. 

 

The refund is sent via cheque, 35 days after the account has terminated.

 

Has it been this long?
