Fibre to premises box not secured

IMG_20190921_102224.jpgIMG_20190921_102247.jpg

Hi,

I was looking at getting the wall of our house repainted and when I was looking over the wall I checked if the Fibre box was secured to the wall. It wasn't its just lent up against the wall and there's really no protection provided from the weather

We haven't had any problems with our broadband but I'm thinking it might be better to do a bit of prevention repair to stop any future issues?

Regards

Iain

Re: Fibre to premises box not secured

it was attached to the wall. the back is all smashed and broken/missing.

Its not fibre by the way that is all coax.

You can get a engineer out to replace it if needed. Just wait for a VM staff member to reply and they can book one.

The boxes even when not broken are not really water tight anyway
