Just after some advice I recently downgraded my services with retentions received confirmation everything good was told I’d be in credit next bill as payed went of mid month received latest bill and still billed for old contract no credit went on what’s app raised a complaint and received a email 2 minutes later said it had been resolved as they had offered advice so replied to that email is there actually anyone that is half decent and understands what you are saying is there any executive team you can contact
