Family & Friends discount and Welcome Gift Not Applied
My brother works for Virgin Media and referred me for friends and family which should have meant my monthly bill for the top package was 74 instead of 79 per month and I should have also received a Welcome gift of 60 to my account.
Going by my first bill estimate, none of these have been applied to my account.
Can someone from Virgin pick this up and fix please? The call centres are closed hence why I am posting here as I know some Virgin Media staff are working from home.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
