Can someone take a look into complaint ref C-0604212570?
Raised 1st April; no communication from Virgin Media beyond what appears to be automated emails advising you have tried to contact me. The only contact made is via these emails advising you have tried to contact me. If you have tried calling, please have an engineer investigate a line fault between the Complaints Team and my phone; I'm working from home, the phone works, must be a problem at your end.
Better still, don't sit behind a process where you believe you can delay a resolution by trying to phone people. Use email, it is a perfectly acceptable communication method.
