Hi, I have recently had to change our account into my name as my husband passed away and it created a new account number. I registered the new account and created a new e-mail address but I hit the F Secure thinking it was free and then realised that it was £3 per month - I have not downloaded this, how do I cancel this? Thanks.
As far as I understand, enabling F-Secure does not automatically connect you to the service - F-Secure would contact you separately to continue with setting up this feature / register details and payment.
However, in the meantime you may be able to disable the add-on via your My VM Account - 'My Apps > Virgin Media Internet Security' > F-Secure SAFE / F-Secure (tick/untick).
If this does not work, please drop a text saying 'Cancel F-Secure' to +44753 305 1809 and an agent will be able to manually do this for you.
