Extra charge on my 1st bill

My first bill has £35 set up fee but i was told i did not have to pay dor this when i signed up for virgin

You would need to contact customer services to get them to take a look for you I am afraid 03454541111, we also have a text messaging service available where you can text your query and we will text back 07533051809.
