External Junction Box Damaged

The white plastic cover to the external junction box (fitted in 2002, I can just about still make out Cable & Wireless on the cover) has degraded to the point of being beyond repair. I've managed to keep it going with duct tape, but it's breaking up rapidly and doesn't stay clipped to the base.  Had an engineer out recently, and he didn't even comment on the state of it - I originally thought he'd been lazy and not bothered clipping it back, but after reattaching it several times after that, realized it wasn't him.

How can I get this replaced please?  I can confirm it's the junction box on my property, and at the moment, it's not exactly waterproof.
