Extension on my bill

I need a short extension on my bill but can not get through on the phone and am getting no reply via messaging on the app! My bill was due two days ago but I have been trying all week to contact you. I’m on hold for 40 mins and then the phone goes dead! 

As you can appreciate this is very frustrating as I am concerned I will get cut off and then have no way to reconnect my services. 

Please advise immediately
