Extended My contract

Hi

Hope you are doing well.

My virgin media contract will be expired by the beginning of May but I would like to stay with you.

Please advise.

Thank you in advance.

Best.

Re: Extended My contract

Your contract will "expire" in that your services will continue but your base-price will rise to the current price being offered for the product you are on.

Re: Extended My contract

Hello

At the end of your contract you will go automatically onto a 30 day contract as well as all discounts on the account being dropped. If you are looking at getting a better price you can try the text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

Regards Mike

Re: Extended My contract

As far as I can tell, a contract is only to ensure you stay with vm for a minimum period. If you're happy with your service don't do anything - it'll just continue as it is until you decide to change sometime in future. I've been VM'd since almost forever on the same contract.

Re: Extended My contract

Thank you for your answering.

I know that solution and I do not want to pay. Does it seem I should sign a new contract?

Best,

Re: Extended My contract

I would like to do that as well. But the price will rise from £33 to £60..

By the way, how can I stay with VM with the same amount of payment.

Best,

Re: Extended My contract

You need to contact them and setup a new minimum term contract.
