Hello, I have been a virgin user since October 2017, i moved home in July 2019. My experian credit report is showing my account from my previous address as closed but there is no information about my new account in my new address.
This is affecting my credit record as i don't have this new account. Called Experian and as they don't have the details of my account with Virgin they can't open a dispute with you.
They let me know you need to send them my details for them to update my record
