Hi.
I'm looking to change to the Essential Broadband plus Stream package. I know I'll lose my TV package, which is fine as almost everything the household watches/will watch is going to be on catchup or streaming, but what happens to all the programmes I have recorded on my V6 that I've not watched yet (and won't be on catchup)? Will I lose the ability to watch them? Or would I have a week or so, before the hardware has to be returned, yet after the TV service is stopped? I'm wanting to switch as soon as possible, which is why I'm wondering if I need to watch everything first or not.

You won’t be able to operate Stream and your existing TV set top box together so the best you can do is time your order for Stream to allow you time to watch recordings.

You need an active TV subscription for a VM TV box to work, including viewing recordings.
If your TV subscription is no longer active, you should expect recordings to become inaccessible.
