At the top of the year i stumbled on Essential BB via Martin Lewis MSE.....as my bill was getting outto control for the smallest bundle so no brainer really, But what i'm asking should i still be able to get the virgin wifi on the trains still, cos i dont seem to be able to connect anymore 😾

Just to clarify, which train WIFI are you referring to? If you are travelling on a train and WIFI is available you should be able to connect.

Thanks for quick reply, well I used my usual login or would autoconnect when I get to the station, just doesn't connect to Virgin WiFi anymore 😿
It seems my login has changed from my ntl email address to virgin gmail address, didn't see any notification about that, but yes I got connected 😻🥳
I'm having problems changing the email associated with my new bb service.
Unfortunatly its linked to my old ntl address from the 90's, which isnt really used but it seems my new email address has been used for my virginmedia general account, and it also changed i found out when i tried to connect to virginmedia on the underground
So can anyone help?

May I ask if you are referring to setting up an online My Virgin Media account? To where you can view your package, bills, add-ons etc?
Is it the email you wish to use is linked with a different one?

Virgin Media has already setup a My Virgin Media account for me which is linked to my gmail account, which was also used to setup login to wifi on the underground, not by me as i was using the ntl login previously.
I changed broadband recently and they are using my old ntl address but can seem to change it to my gmail 😾
