Hi, I have just had Virgin installed. I have one Tivo box working fine but the other is showing an error code of 7400, saying channels not authorsied. The system says the account is fine.
Everytime I call Virgin I get cut off saying call back tomorrow, I am doing this but still unable to get through regaardless of what time I try.
Is anyone able to advise what I can do? I have spoken to the engineer that carried out our installation yesterday but he says it is a Virgin issue and to talk to them...I can't!!!
