Error 606 - online complaint form

I get error 606 when trying to submit the online complaints form - Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you have a reason to make a complaint.

 

I have had a look into this and the only thing I can find in regards to error 606 is a windows 7 issue, you can find out more around this here.

I'm sorry but that's not the case, I am Mac-based and receive the same error!

Very convenient not to have your complaints form working, I bet your sales contact one does?

This error still exists today - 18th Feb 2020.

This error is still happening today - 7 April 2020. I have tried submitting a complaint 4 times in the past 2 weeks, on my laptop, tablet and cell phone, none of which are windows 7 based. Every single time I get the 606 error. It tells me to phone but I can't get through at all, which is part of the problem. Virgin what are you doing to fix this? And before you suggest the text/ online chat thing, no one is answering that either.
