This error is still happening today - 7 April 2020. I have tried submitting a complaint 4 times in the past 2 weeks, on my laptop, tablet and cell phone, none of which are windows 7 based. Every single time I get the 606 error. It tells me to phone but I can't get through at all, which is part of the problem. Virgin what are you doing to fix this? And before you suggest the text/ online chat thing, no one is answering that either.
