I got a text message yesterday (August 11th) about returning my broadband box but it was returned on July 29th, does anyone know how long it takes for them to receive it? I don’t want to get charged for it considering it was sent off.

The equipment would need two weeks to be processed by our team before the charge is removed from the account, so this should have been removed around the 13th. Have you received any further messages since this date?
