If you've scheduled a manned install the engineer may be bringing the equipment with him to install this for you. Please let us know if this was what your install was booked as.

Yes, he brought the equipments.
It is silly that no1 told anything about this. It caused unnecessary stress and waste of time for everyone.
VM should told me about this in advance.
