Equipment collected. but no receipt from driver

My hub and TiVo box were collected by a driver in a Virgin van today. When asked for a receipt he replied that I'd get one via email within a few minutes of him logging the return as soon as yet returned to his van. Three hours later I'm still waiting. Having read some of the posts on this forum I am worried that this is going to turn into a palaver re. being charged for it as it seems that Virgin Media often tries it on.
