Equipment Returns

Hi,

I have been trying to return my hub for almost 2 months.

when cancelling I was told a pack would be sent to my new address, but nothing arrived. 2 more returns pack requests later, still nothing. 

Virgin media is now asking for me to return the equipment or be charged, but I cannot return it without the returns pack.

Is there any way I can put my hub through standard post or something?

There's a web page returns kit form to fill in if you haven't received the packaging within 10 days request-returns-pack

Hello

Also to note to keep people safe, VM have been doing a lot of collections of old equipment on a doorstop pickup from a VM engineer, this is another reason why you are not getting the returns pack, normally engineer will call before pickup.
