Enter valid bill details

I'm trying to reset my virgin media password as this is forgotten. On entering my details and account number area code etc I keep getting a message to 'enter valid bill details'. The details are correct. My phone line has no dial tone despite trying different phones and therefore can't ring from the landlines. I have attempted to contact virgin by mobile on various occasions however 20mins later still waiting. I need a few issues sorting.

1. My password

2. My phone line

3  A new package deal, internet connection is not good and lagging/freezing a lot in game play.

Hi Victoria999, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have not been able to log in to the online account, can you confirm if you are getting this issue across all browsers? Have you been able to get the landline sorted? If not we will be able to look into this for you. When you mention a better package are you just looking at getting a better connection because of intermittancy? Chris
