Enter valid bill details

I’m trying to log in to my virgin media but because I have forgotten the password it keeps asking for bill details. I have the latest bill in front of me and i am entering all of the details correctly however, I keep getting the error message ‘please enter valid bill details’

Thank you for your post Bethf0x and welcome to our community.

 

If you have an active Virgin Media or Mobile account please ensure you've selected to correct log in and then gone through this password reset option and used the correct details for the most recently produced bill.

Hi bethf0x,

Can you make sure the account details are 9 digits in length, If not add a zero before.

The account details are 9 digits. Tried with and without a 0 just make sure. Still doesn’t work.
