Engineer missed visit - no account number

Good morning,

I'm hoping that one of the team on here can help me, as so far I've had no joy via other routes.

We placed an order for broadband on Dec 11, with an engineer scheduled to visit yesterday (28th) between 1 and 6 pm. The engineer never showed and we have had no communication from Virgin.

Trying to get through to customer service, it's become apparent that since Dec 11 we haven't received follow up contact from Virgin with our account and area number. All we have is an order and contract summary with blank account and area number.

Could one of the team PM me to help get this issue solved?
