The engineer was due to visit today to install our broadband. They did not show up or respond to the phone calls or SMS so I don't know why they didn't show up. I tried calling customer services, but they could not help me as the security questions didn't pass because the direct debit hasn't been set up yet! Because it hasn't been installed! Terrible and rude customer service who just hang up on you rather than trying to help. No idea what I'm meant to do now to get the engineer to install the service, the web page doesn't give me an option to reschedule.
