I sent it to Virgin Media Limited's registered address, as shown in their Terms and Conditions (for residential customers). That's the same company I have my account with.
I take it you think it is acceptable for them still not to have passed my letter to the relevant department or replied, 6 weeks after I wrote to them. I'm not sure why you appear to act as an apologist for Virgin Media in these forums, but your standards of courtesy, fairness and accuracy seem to be as low as theirs.
