End of contract

Hi everyone

My contract ends on 17/4/20 after which the monthly charge increases by a huge amount. Given the current Corona issues I have not been able to contact Virgin that I want to leave Virgin when the contract finishes. I have tried phoning 3 times with each attempt lasting about 55 minutes after which time the lines goes dead. How do I inform Virgin Media that I want to leave Virgin Media?

think before you cancel. if you can;t get though to cancel can you get a new provider installed?
