End of contract bill credit


Any suggestions what I should do would be great? 

I left Virgin Media ( broadband and phone) on 8th July 20 mid way through a month so I over paid. I have not been left with a bill credit. I have phone virgin several times. First time got told it would take 30 days to process the check refund. Second time after the 30 days was told it would take 45 days because of postage on top. Now phoned for the third time on 27th august 20. 50 days later and was first told that it’s because my address was not been updated after moving house even though my address is still the same and then just got told there is nothing they can do and that it’s still be processed. 

Where do I stand?

I'm sorry you've not been given any clarification on your account since leaving us. If you do have a credit left on your account when you leave us then a cheque will be sent out within 30 days of leaving us.


As you've not been given any clear information, I'd like to take a look at the account for you so I can understand what has happened.
