End minimum to avoid rolling contract

Hi,

Is it possible to end minimum contract prior to rolling contract to avoid huge fee.

Welcome to the forums and many thanks for your post.

 

If you are wishing to see your current contract through to the end but don't want to continue the services after, then we would just require 30 days notice from you to prevent the contract renewing. There's more information at our page here. (You will usually receive notification from us alerting you that the contact is due to end, with enough time to do this) 

 

However, if you are wishing to cancel when you are still within contract, then Early Disconnection Fees do apply.
