I have been trying to set up my virgin media account for weeks to try and pay my bill. It keeps saying I need to verify my email but I get no link come through. My bill is now outstanding because of this and I can’t call up as I have no account password as it’s not verified. Please can someone help ASAP.

I am very sorry to hear you're struggling to receive email verification to set up your online account. Have you checked your junk/spam folder to ensure it hasn't arrived there by mistake?
In regards to calling to make the payment, the password it's asking for isn't your online account password but the one you'll have set up when taking out the services. If you're still unsure what that is, allow the request to loop 2-3 times without entering anything and you can proceed to the next step and clear security at a later stage.
