Have tried to resolve this as we have no access to our cable account. Our account was set up by a tele sales person, they misspelt our surname so then repeated the mistake in our email address. We have no email correspondence from them in three years and letters clearly show error. We are unable to reset our password as when using acc number we can clearly see that email held has been misspelt. We called last year and our services were adjusted , guy said he’d amend everything but still can’t access anything.
Any help would be appreciated - prob is kinda obvious
