Email saying all my services have been removed

I have ordered some wifi boosters through the app.  I've just received an email confirming my account  changes. It says that the wifi boosters have been added to my account but all my other services have been removed?!

Thank you for that. Okay, so ordering a booster wouldn't remove your services. 

 

It sounds like there could be some mistype on the message. 

 

Would you be able to take a screenshot and post it on here of the message? (Please ensure that no personal details are shown on the screenshot)

Ah okay, not to worry. That is correct. 

 

It just means that your new package will be the same but with the booster.

So my other services won't go off? How come it says removed. I know the pdf that is attached to the email says I have everything I was just worried by how the email was worded
