Email not working correctly

Cannot log into email account via webpage. both primary and secondary accounts not working since lunch time. have VM been messing around again?  Status page shows no problems, but thats not unusual!

I was able to log into my email via the virginmedia.com page and clicking on the email tab at the top of the screen. It took me to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite

I was also able to sign into my email by logging into My Virgin Media and then clicking on the email tab

I had issues logging in via outlook express so I deleted the email account in there and set it up again by entering my full email address and password and using pop3.virginmedia.com and smtp.virginmedia.com  - outlook filled the rest in automatically
