Email confirmation and account number

How do I find my account number - I have never had a email confirmation my contract information so unsure if got the correct email. Also I asked over the phone to deliver box early but I’ve got text saying getting deliver later on. Is there away to change this.

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your delivery, we cannot rearrange delivery for you but if you give our preinstalls team a call on 0800 052 1734 they may be able to take a closer look for you.
