Had an email at 12.41 today giving me a one time code to access my account, I did not ask for this.
I am really worried as 5 weeks ago I was hacked and my VM was taken over, it is almost impossible to contact Virgin Media by phone without waiting for 3 or 4 hours or by email, I am on here as a last resort.
Can anyone suggest what to do please?
Virgin Media is the only Company I know that can charge £98 a month for a very basic service and treat its customers like rubbish, I an not wait to get rid of them.
