Email around gift - Extertis/DHL

Hi,

I have had an email from virginmediarewards@exertis.co.uk 3 days ago saying "Just to let you know, your free treat for joining Virgin Media will be dispatched tomorrow. It can take up to 72 hours for delivery, so please look out for a message from our courier partner, DHL." 

I've not heard anything at all from DHL and its not clear who best to contact. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey SAkers1975, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

I can also see you are in PM with some of my colleagues, normally you will get a message when its with DHL for delivery now, this can take up to 14 working days to be delivered so please don't worry.

Once they have it and ready to be delivered you will get an email. Cheers
