Email & Phone number transfer again

Following from having a MyRates Transfer of account to another member of the household, he has left the organisation and the house, we have agreed to close down the existing account and to then join back under the original account holders name.

One thing we want to ensure before we do that however is that we can transfer the email addresses that were previously transferred back into an account under the original account holders name.

Additionally, we would like to continue with our existing landline service number.

The current account holder spoke to VM Tier 2 retentions who instructed that these requests should be possible regardless of the name change, as long as security can be passed with both accounts, something I believe as we have actioned this in the past.
