Email address on account

So i have been trying to get on to my account for ages online so we can see all out stuff ect..

I called up the other day to get help and they wouldnt tell me my email address on the account but was super fine with taking my money for a wifi pod, they said they will email and send text for confirmation but we never got either, so i looked into it further and it turns out the email on the account is a blueyonder account which i have never had or used ever!

any help will be so appreciated!

Could I ask whether you're trying to login to your account, or trying to register?

Have you ever been able to login to your account in the past?

Are you able to share a screenshot of what occurs when you try to login/register?
