Email address needs to be changed

Firstly, I had my email address connected to my mother's address and account to help her and sort things out while I was living at home.

I have now moved out and have got my own internet at my own house.

I have tried to change the email and use my mother's email but she couldn't login and now the link has expired, now I cannot resend the email and it says I need to verify the previous changes before I do anything else.

I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble changing the email on your Mother's account. Unfortunately, we are only able to deal with My Virgin Media issues directly with the Account Holder via these Forums.

It would be best to call our team on 📞 0345 454 1111, where we can clear some security and assist further in resolving this. Our team will be able to re-issue the verification email, which will allow you to continue.
