I cannot use the phone as my speech is poor (something VirginMedia haven’t taken into account for disabled customers). The app will not let me downgrade or even leave automatically. I have to phone. Is there an email address for downgrading &/or leaving. Getting in touch with VirginMedia is incredibly frustrating!
