Ebills opted/selected but keep receiving paper bills and getting charged

I have tried to go through the correct process. I have had ebills selected since we moved into our current house (9 months ago), yet I still keep receiving paper bills and getting charged. Please help!

Sorry to see that you're still being charged for paper bills after setting up Ebilling. I'm not sure why this would still be happening 🤔
