Hi,
Has anyone else found it impossible to switch to eBilling?
The advice links are erroneous as 'My Profile' at the top of the page no longer exists. I have scrawled through every imaginable link to try and find a 'Switch to eBilling' button.
Why do VM make something so simple complicated? There has been enough reports of this issue and they still have not resolved it without having to resort to forums.

Yes done that and clicked the update button but still get paper bills and charged for it to.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to switch to E-Billing.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to try accessing the self-care account after clearing cache on your device, or via an alternative browser?
