Ebilling

Hello,

I have received paper bills three times so far and despite telephoning each time have not been able to switch to ebilling. After the last phone call I was sent a link to sign up but the links do not exist and do not take me to the correct place online. They appear to be links to a previous version of the website. My Communication preferences in Account Settings are already set to ebills/Email/Text.

Customer Services have already assured me three times I will get an ebill but I am still receiving paper bills and being charged £1.75 extra.

Any help much appreciated.
