Ebilling options don't show

How do I set up eBilling when the My Profile and 'Ebilling' options don't show in my online account?

Hey ChrisCounsell, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with this.

Normally you are set up with e-billing right away unless you change this to paper billing this is why it won't be showing. Cheers

So how do I add or change to Ebilling? I didn't request paper bills in the first place but don't have the options visible to change to eBilling.

You need to follow these steps;

  1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
  2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

As I said, these options aren't visible in the account. 

My Profile doesn't appear and in Account and Bill settings there isn't an option to switch to eBilling, hence coming on here for a solution.

We can't manually change this for you  as our system does not allow it, but I will send you a PM to check over the account.
