Trying to change from paper billing to ebilling, but the myvirgin media site won't allow it & can't see the processes from the instructions online. Very poor setup & website if honest as keeps crashing.
Can anyone help me change to ebilling as don't want to pay the extra when didn't ask for it.
Also, for clarity this is a package change/update due to death of my husband (changed in to my name) & was told it would remain ebilling
