I’ve set up E billing but still being charged for paper bills I don’t receive.

please help

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Many apologies for the issues faced, just to clarify on this via your MyVM. 

Through the account settings, is it advising that it's changed to E-billing from there?
