I am trying to view bills for my client, however when I log into their virgin account it brings a page up that says I need to enter 4 digit pin for ebilling but I don’t know the pin and the email address that is listed is no longer in use

Very sorry that your client is having trouble accessing their bills due to the eBilling pin.
It is something we can look at from here, but I would need to speak to the account holder directly.
Is it possible for the account holder to post on here so we can have a private message with them?
