Re: Dropped kerb?

Any response or reply Emma? Currently waiting ? I’ve tried to get hold of virgin every way I can and cannot seem to get through because I don’t have an account number!

Re: Dropped kerb?

Sorry for the delay in response here Mollyjeavons. Emma's not currently available I'm afraid, and I'm unsure what her findings were with regards to this.

I think I know the right team to speak with though, I've sent them an email today and will get back to you in the next week with an update.
