Download old bills (more than 12Hi. months)

I need to see my March / April bill 2022. How do I get that as the drop down archive is only 12 months

Hey mikedrumgod,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

Unfortunately, you can only view bills for the last 12 months, we can send you the bill for April 2022 but we cannot send any older than that as that is restricted by our system to only be able to resend bills for the last 12 months.

Hey @mikedrumgod,

Thanks for getting back to us.

You are able to request this yourself, if you log into your My Virgin Media account to view your bill, you will be able to process viewing the previous bills which will go back 12 months. You can then request this as a PDF to print yourself.

Or if you would like us to go back further we can go back 24 months in the bills, but each copy of a bill will cost you £2 for us to process this, let me know what you want to do.

I can't find anywhere to request old bills. The April 2022 starts later than I need. 

There's a call I made on the 8th of April 2022 that I need to confirm.

We can request a paper bill be sent that includes the 8th April 2022 for you at our side. As previously advised, will cost £2 for us to process.
